Chief Executive Officer
Margot Nash is the CEO of MedaData Research. With a background in organizational psychology, she leads efforts to transform complex, real-world behavioral health data into meaningful research and practical insights. Her work is grounded in the belief that better data leads to clearer decisions, stronger clinical care, and better patient outcomes.
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Young is the Medical Director and Founder of the Rochester Center for Behavioral Medicine. He is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology with added qualifications in geriatric, forensic and adolescent psychiatry. He serves as a Clinical Associate Professor of Psychiatry at the Wayne State University School of Medicine. Dr. Young is Chief Medical Officer of the Clinical Trials Group of Southeast Michigan. He has served as the primary investigator for more than 70 clinical trials, authoring over 100 articles. He has also written four books related to understanding adult mental illness.
Principal Outcomes Researcher, Data Architect
Dr. Powell is the primary statistician for 6 (presented) studies involving archived medical practice data. He has proven experience in clinical trial protocol design, development, & regulatory approval. He maintains active practice in clinical mental health counseling & supervision.
